- What is your success rate?
- Why don't you just give me the investors' names
and I will call them myself?
- I have been warned against paying "upfront fees."
Isn't that what you are asking?
- Can I talk to someone who has used your service
successfully?

The Investment Exchange has a very high success rate; but it
is important to understand what "success" in this
case means. The job of The Investment Exchange is to match our
Fund-Seeker Members to the appropriate Investor Members and
facilitate negotiations between the two.
There is where The Investment Exchange excels; that is also
where our job ends. We have an over 80% success rate at getting
our Fund-Seekers in contact with Investors who match up to their
opportunity.
Of course what happens at that stage is up to the parties involved.
The Investment Exchange does not endorse or promote individual
Listings or Fund-Seekers. It is up to the Fund-Seeker to negotiate
the best terms possible with each responding Investor.

The Investment Exchange is a highly confidential service; we
do not, and will not give out the identity of our current or
past investor subscribers to anyone. That is our policy.
Frankly, anonymity is largely what attracts investors to The
Investment Exchange.

Without exception, we require payment in advance. Our very
nominal listing or registration fee is not strictly a "Commission"
or "Success Fee" nor is it an "Upfront Fee"
in the context in which you have used it.
The service we provide is similar in nature to placing an advertisement
in a newspaper. In order to find you an investor, we do all
of our work up front; but it is then up to you to convince them
of the value of your proposal. We do not control the outcome.
Therefore, we cannot possibly guarantee that you will raise
money when you use our service.

Can I talk to someone who has used your service successfully?
We understand that you would like to speak to some of our successful
"Fund-Seekers." As we are sure you can appreciate,
ours is a highly confidential service; we do not, and will not
give out the names and numbers of our current or past Members
to prospective Members. That has been our policy even before
venturing onto the Internet. If you could put yourself into
the shoes of one of our Members for a moment, you can imagine
the disruption and time spent having to deal with phone calls
from perfect strangers asking intimate details of your finances;
not to mention the potential liability issues that our legal
advisors assure us have compounded on the World Wide Web.
For this reason we ask our Members on occasion to provide us
with Testimonials if they wish to comment on our service. If
you visit the "...it Works!"
page on our web site you will see excerpts from letters of commendation
we have received. This allows us to showcase the potential benefits
of The Investment Exchange, without annoying or inconveniencing
our valued Members.
