The preferred payment option is a "Lifetime Membership". For a fee of $495 (taxes included), your Fund-Seeker Listing is registered with The Investment Exchange for the life of the project. You have unlimited access to your listing; you may update it or change it as often as you wish. You may even suspend your listing, for example, after the successful completion of your first round of financing then reactivate it at any time, perhaps to look for expansion capital. From that point on, your Executive Summary will be available to each new subscriber and existing Member for as long as it takes for you to raise your funds. |

Recently, The Investment Exchange introduced a second payment option. You may now pay a registration fee of $49.50 and $49.50 in advance of each month that you wish to be registered. In other words, for an initial payment of $99.00 (taxes included) and $49.50 a month thereafter, we will register your Fund-Seeker Listing in The Investment Exchange until you tell us to remove it. You would consider this option if you are confident that your project will attract funding quickly, or if you are likely not to continue the service after your first use. Therefore, if you succeed in raising all your funds within the first nine months of listing, you will have saved money under this new plan. The monthly pay option does not have a maximum. You simply pay $49.50 every month you wish your Fund-Seeker listing to remain active. |
By the end of the business day following your registration, your Executive Summary will be added to our online database and your detailed information available to all those "pre-qualified" Investors identified by the pre-screening process.
